Practice Manager

We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated individual to join our team to help with the day to day running of the office. Balance: Wealth Planning is a Chartered Financial Planning firm that focuses on goals-based holistic financial planning.

We pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of service to our clients. We are detail-orientated and client-focussed.

Experience in the role within the Financial Services industry is required, and the key aspects of the role will include:

  • Management of the day to day running of the admin team, ensuring that business is processed adhering to the service levels and best execution policies.
  • HR support. Dealing with the holiday, payroll, and employee requests.
  • Recruitment and onboarding new members of staff
  • Managing the office facilities, and liaising with third party suppliers.
  • Supporting the IFAs to ensure they meet targets and provide a high level of service to their clients.
  • Supporting the Operations Manager with improving practices, and implementing new procedures, and ensuring they are adhered to.

Marketing Executive

We currently have a great opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Executive.

You will be supporting our Operations Manager to increase engagement with our clients, prospective clients and professional connections through various marketing channels.

The main aspect of the role will be providing administrative support on marketing tasks, such as:

  • Contributing to and supporting the execution of our marketing plan
  • Understanding the brand and promoting our core values, mission, vision and purpose
  • Proofing and posting blogs to our website and social media channels
  • Creating social media content, as well as engaging online on the company’s behalf
  • Organising events, including monthly webinars and networking events
  • Organising fundraising and liaising with our chosen charity
  • Creating email marketing campaigns, including monthly bulletins
  • Maintenance of the website and creating online content, including videos
  • Optimising the website for SEO
  • Preparing reports and performance analysis

Ideally, we would like someone who has great attention to detail, creative flair, and a drive to make a difference. Experience in the above areas is required, and ideally, knowledge and expertise in SEO.
