At Balance: Wealth Planning, my role as the CRM & Systems Developer sees me focus on optimising and enhancing our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Background
I served 9 years in the Royal Air Force, then was a Technical Analyst for McCain’s Fries-to-Go before joining Eden Futures as an IT Support Officer. I am very process and data-driven and love to find ways to streamline efficiency.
What’s important to me
I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and gaming. I enjoy board games with my family. Fan of general geekery like Stargate, Marvel, DC, Star Wars, Harry Potter and Wheel of Time. I collect Funko Pops and my favourite Authors are Anne McCaffrey, David Eddings, Terry Brooks and Robert Jordan.
