My role

My role as a paraplanner is to support our financial planners to ensure we give the best advice and help our clients achieve their life goals.

Background

Having stumbled into financial services back in 2007, due to breaking my arm in two places (a story for another time!),  I soon realised this was the career path for me. Beginning my journey working with major product providers in London, by helping customers and advisers alike, I moved across to the financial planning world.

I have spent the last few years working directly with clients helping them realise their financial goals, using both my experience and technical expertise in both an advising and support function.

What’s important to me

Family plays a big part in my life, and at weekends I am often found indulging my son in one of his many activities!

I have always been obsessed with sport, especially cricket and football. I like nothing better than a day out at a test match cheering the England team to (hopefully) victory!

Qualifications

I hold the level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers, alongside various investment qualifications and the Pension Transfer Specialist certificate.
