Holly Scullion

My role

I am part of the marketing team at Balance: Wealth Planning, where I support the delivery of the company’s marketing communications, campaigns, events, and promotional activities. I help strengthen brand awareness and engagement through creative and strategic marketing initiatives.

Background

I have a degree in Business and Marketing from Nottingham Trent University, which I then followed with a Master’s in Fashion Marketing. Since graduating, I’ve gained 4 years of marketing experience across a range of industries, including nearly 2 years in the financial and wealth management sector. My favourite area of marketing is brand and client communications, particularly creating campaigns and content that build strong customer relationships and trust.

What’s important to me

Spending quality time with my family and friends. I enjoy going on days out, visiting new places, trying new restaurants, and going on holidays. I also enjoy shopping and baking in my free time.

Qualifications

I studied a BTEC in Business in Sixth Form, which is where I discovered I loved Marketing and went on to do my degree in Marketing and followed this with a Master’s in Fashion Marketing.
