My role

My role as an administrator is to assist our Financial Planners and Paraplanners by ensuring they have the support they need to provide exceptional service. I help create a smooth and positive experience for both our clients and our team.

Background

I have experience in customer service within the financial sector, where I handled administrative tasks related to pension transfers for an insurance company.

What’s important to me

Family means a lot to me. In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano, exploring new places, and attending theatre performances or live concerts.

Qualifications

I hold a degree in Music as well as a BA (Hons) in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Currently, I have gained my  Business Administration Level 2 qualification in 2025.
